Data Analyst Position

 

Overview:

We are currently looking for a motivated Data Analyst to work as part of the Data Services team. Candidate must be detailed-oriented and have excellent analytical skills in order to help identify potential variances or issues that could jeopardize the quality of data saved within the company's CRM.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a good understanding of utility rules and implement necessary internal changes without jeopardizing data integrity and decease in efficiency
  • Monitor internal reports for accuracy by revising existing reports and/or recommend new reports to capture data
  • Define and create standard reports for daily, weekly, or monthly updates driven by business needs
  • Participate in business process efforts to develop and analyze metrics and improve processes
  • Participate in root cause analyses to recommend solutions and/or other appropriate actions to improve productivity
  • Work closely with other departments to improve the flow of data tailored to specific departments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business with business operations or systems experience preferred
  • Must be able to work independently with moderate supervision
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written forms
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on company needs
